Job Description

What you’ll do for us:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Engage in the entire project lifecycle from blueprint to hypercare, ensuring comprehensive project oversight.
• Project Planning and Coordination: Create detailed project plans, align all stakeholders on jointly developed plans, milestones, and timelines, and ensure consistent stakeholder engagement.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against the plan, document deviations, and develop action plans to mitigate delays. Provide detailed project status updates to all stakeholders as per the agreed cadence.
• Team Coordination: Document team members’ vacation schedules, approve timesheets and invoices promptly, and ensure each team member is clear on their tasks and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Document risks and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective mitigation plans. Maintain a detailed issue log with estimated time of resolution, ownership, and status updates.
• Post-Implementation Support: Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation to the o9 support team post go-live to ensure smooth transition and ongoing support.
• Customer Engagement: Continuously engage with customers to manage priorities and expectations, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project.
• Communication: Maintain timely communication with all project stakeholders regarding any project or personnel concerns, fostering transparency and effective resolution.

What You’ll Have

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics domain with a focus on planning.
• Comprehensive project management experience through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation, including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, and deployment.
• Proficiency in using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain solutions.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Robust understanding of project management principles and practices is essential.
• Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.), spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), and presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English including presentation and demonstration capabilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively in teams, distributed across various locations and time zones.
