Project Description

The project involves supporting and enhancing the web application that powers the Cell Shuttle, enabling users to define custom cell therapy workflows, scale manufacturing execution, monitor processes, and generate electronic batch records automatically. The role emphasizes maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation in production environments.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents promptly to ensure system uptime and performance;
• Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment;
• Analyze logs in ElasticSearch to diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues;
• Monitor and manage Docker containers, using Docker stats to ensure container health;
• Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including performance tuning and backups;
• Create and update API documentation using Swagger for seamless integrations;
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy updates and resolve issues;
• Analyze and optimize system performance in production environments;
• Support and manage cloud resources through Azure Portal;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production support or similar roles;
• Proven expertise with ElasticSearch, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Swagger, and Docker;
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production environments with a focus on performance optimization;
• Familiarity with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python;
• Strong knowledge of Azure Portal and cloud resource management;
• Ability to document and manage APIs using Swagger;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes will be a plus;
• Experience working with .NET will be a plus;
• English proficiency at B2 or higher for effective communication;
