Purpose
Take full ownership of the Integration service and its delivery. Drive business value by ensuring reliable, effective, and efficient IT integration analysis and planning. Plan and manage service delivery through demand and requirements management, asset lifecycle planning, and capacity management, while driving the continuous improvement of IT services, governance frameworks, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand and Requirements Management:
– Develop and maintain a Service Roadmap and 3-year plan, ensuring alignment with Function capacity needs and anticipating skill and infrastructure/service gaps;
– Collect, prioritize, and manage demands from Domain Owners, Business Owners, and other stakeholders;
– Engage with demand owners to gather and analyze information for accurate assessment and evaluation;
– Qualify, scope, and prioritize demands, coordinating with the Integration team and relevant stakeholders;
– Ensure precise demand assessments, resource allocation, and seamless handover to project management when required;
– Continuously improve the demand management process in line with operational frameworks.
Service Lifecycle Planning:
– Define and establish service standards in collaboration with the Integration team and stakeholders;
– Create and maintain a Service Lifecycle Calendar and Roadmap, ensuring all activities and milestones are proactively planned and executed, including rationalization of legacy technologies;
– Monitor, control, and report on service-related financials.
Process and Framework Governance:
– Develop fit-for-purpose frameworks tailored to the Integration Function and aligned with client needs, ensuring thorough documentation;
– Monitor compliance with established frameworks and address any gaps;
– Drive continuous improvement and align Integration processes with global IT frameworks and operating models;
– Manage the Integration Function Plan in accordance with the Service Roadmap.
Strategic Integration Management:
– Anticipate and analyze business and technical integration requirements, technology trends, and market developments;
– Identify and design new products to meet evolving integration needs;
– Focus on consolidating and simplifying integration delivery, adopting a structured and efficient “factory” approach to deliver predictable, cost-optimized, and mature services.
Key Deliverables
– Consolidated and transparent Service Roadmap;
– Accurate demand qualification, resource allocation, and delivery planning;
– Streamlined processes ensuring compliance and alignment with global IT standards;
– Simplified and optimized integration services aligned with business priorities.
