The Role 

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our computer vision initiatives and drive innovation in our AI solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on developing and deploying sophisticated object detection systems and other computer vision applications.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead the design and implementation of computer vision and object detection systems 
• Develop and optimize ML models for production environments 
• Guide junior team members and provide technical mentorship 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements 
• Research and implement state-of-the-art computer vision techniques 
• Ensure high performance and reliability of ML systems 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions 
• Document technical specifications and architecture decisions 

What You Bring 

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering 
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field 
• Extensive experience with computer vision and object detection projects 
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV 
• Expert knowledge of Python and related ML libraries 
• Experience with CNN architectures and deep learning frameworks 
• Strong background in developing and deploying ML models to production 
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines 

What Will Set You Apart 

• Publications in computer vision or machine learning conferences/journals 
• Experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow and MLflow 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) 
• Contributions to open-source ML projects 
• Experience with edge AI deployment
