Senior Servicenow Itsm Spm Developer International Company (Remote)

For one of our projects with an International company, NTT DATA is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM & SPM Senior Developer to work remotely. You will be responsible for implementing enhancements and supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and its related applications and integrations.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and support technical solution design, perform development, unit testing and production deployment for ITSM and SPM application and modules.
• Ensure that the solution is aligned with the agreed business process design, functional design and with ServiceNow best practices and Company’s architecture standards and guidelines.
• Clarify business requirements directly with the customer and implement required system configuration and development changes, as per the agreed-upon technical design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and implement integration requirements with other systems.
• Estimate time and effort for all activities and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the rest of the team.
• Provide timely technical support for issue resolution including UAT and Post Go-Live support, including data maintenance. Work with end users and other support teams and vendors if required.
• Ensure that required system documentation is completed and delivered prior to Go-Live.
• Provide the necessary support required for user training preparation and delivery.
• Timely update assigned tasks, provide response and solution within team SLA and release schedule.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• +10 years of experience in ServiceNow practical experience.
• +5 years of solid understanding and experience in ITSM modules.
• At least 3 years’ experience in SPM modules including the latest capabilities and trends (like CSDM, CMDB, Workspaces, APM, reporting), and who could drive some initiatives independently.
• ServiceNow Certifications:

• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
