Content Creator Copywriter (Remote)

This is a 10-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Tremco CPG Europe manufactures high performance building materials to solve the complex challenges faced by today’s construction industry. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Creator/Copywriter to lead and manage key initiatives that enhance our internal and external communications. In this role, you will oversee the creation and execution of communication strategies and projects, ensuring alignment with our brand values and business objectives.

The role is remote, however there is an expectation to attend in-person marketing meetings as and when required. We anticipate that the start date for this position will be for December 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, presentations and other channels
• Write clear, engaging copy tailored to different audiences
• Collaborate closely with the design team to develop visually appealing content that elevates the written word
• Develop content strategies for SEO, ensuring adherence to best practices and EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles to maximise visibility
• Utilise generative AI tools to co-create and optimise content efficiently
• Engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to gather insights and feedback, ensuring content meets both strategic and operational needs
• Stay updated on industry trends within the job market, emerging content formats and best practices to keep the content fresh and engaging

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field desirable
• Proven experience in corporate communications or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with creating and managing content databases is a plus.
