LUXE Vacation Homes is a growing start-up in the short-term rental management industry, specializing in premium holiday home services. With a current portfolio of a dozen carefully curated properties, we are passionate about delivering exceptional vacation experiences for our clients. As a small but ambitious team, we are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help us rapidly expand our portfolio of luxury holiday homes while building strong partnerships with property owners and real estate stakeholders. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, property management, and client relationship building, who are eager to grow their career in Dubai’s fast-paced, thriving short-term rental market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Acquisition and Contract Negotiation
- Identify and target potential property owners, landlords, developers, and real estate agents to expand our portfolio of luxury short-term rentals.
- Build and foster long-term relationships with property owners and industry professionals to establish trust and credibility.
- Actively seek opportunities by attending industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to connect with potential clients and real estate partners.
- Utilize both company-provided leads and your own network of professional contacts to generate property acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive rental agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial and favourable terms that align with LUXE Vacation Homes’ premium standards.
- Earn competitive commissions for every successful property acquisition, with additional incentives for exceeding monthly targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, positive partnerships with property owners, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and trust.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns and keeping them updated on the performance of their properties under LUXE Vacation Homes management.
3. Market Insights and Strategy Development
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Dubai’s holiday rental market.
- Provide valuable insights to refine acquisition strategies for targeting high-value properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies that promote our holiday homes to potential clients effectively.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties, including inspections, setting up listings, and addressing regulatory compliance.
- Work with marketing to develop online and offline campaigns to boost bookings and maximize revenue.
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Oversee property performance post-acquisition, using key metrics to analyse profitability and efficiency.
- Prepare regular business reports to update management on acquisition progress, pipeline activity, and market opportunities.
6. Networking and Brand Development
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent LUXE Vacation Homes and explore opportunities for partnership.
- Actively promote our brand and services to grow our market presence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in holiday home business development.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is highly advantageous and considered a strong asset.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities; client-focused with a proven track record in sales or business development.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai’s short-term rental market.
- Motivation: Self-driven, ambitious, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- License: UAE driver’s license (required).
What We Offer:
- Compensation: AED 6,000 – AED 20,000 per month (based on experience) with an attractive commission structure linked to property acquisition performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED16,000.00 per month
