Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Techno-Commercial Sales Specialist with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in machine safety applications, particularly with expertise in safety mats, switching devices, safety edges, and related products. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving sales growth by leveraging technical knowledge and commercial acumen in the safety solutions domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Devise and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the market presence and sales of safety mats, switching devices, safety edges, and related safety products.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of machine safety standards, risk assessment methodologies, and relevant regulations.
- Client Engagement: Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their safety requirements, and offering tailored solutions using our safety product portfolio.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the effectiveness and advantages of our safety solutions.
- Customization and Integration: Collaborate with the technical team to customize safety solutions based on client needs and integrate these products seamlessly into existing systems.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals encompassing pricing, terms, technical specifications, and customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and effectively close sales deals within stipulated timelines.
8. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 6-7 years of progressive experience in techno-commercial sales, specifically in machine safety applications with hands-on expertise in safety mats, switching devices, safety edges, and related products.
- Profound knowledge of machine safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849, IEC 62061) and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, coupled with exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
