Job Title: ReactJS Developer – AI Product Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ReactJS Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in product development to join our dynamic AI Product Development team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in crafting interactive and user-friendly applications, with a keen interest in AI technologies. This role involves the development and optimization of front-end components, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems, and contributing to the overall user experience in AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Design and develop scalable, reusable, and efficient React components and applications for AI-driven products.
• Integration: Work closely with backend developers to integrate AI models and APIs into the frontend, ensuring smooth data flow and performance.
• Optimization: Enhance application performance through continuous optimization and refactoring.
• Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and contribute to the architectural discussions to improve product development practices.
• Testing: Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high quality of the codebase.
• Maintenance: Debug and resolve issues in existing applications, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for system architecture, data models, and APIs.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in React, AI, and related technologies to implement cutting-edge features.

• Experience:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS in a product development environment.
• Proven experience working on AI or machine learning product development is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, ES6+, React.js, Redux, and related ecosystem tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Comfortable with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

• Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new AI technologies and methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI applications.
• Previous work on products involving natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI domains.
