Lead Python Software Engineer (Remote)

Our client is a recognized leader in cybersecurity for healthcare institutions, aiming to launch innovative product features to their target market.

We are building a web-based application from scratch where internal and external users (e.g., leaders and analysts) can log in to view the risk and maturity of the current level of security compared to benchmarks, get actionable insights for improvement, communicate concerns and questions, and see progress over time with an element of gamification.

IF YOU ARE

• Having at least 5 years of professional experience with Python
• Confident with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Skilled in driving application, data, and infrastructure architecture design
• Understanding business and technical requirements and communicating technical constraints and decisions to the business
• Proficient in leading engineering teams, decomposing tasks, providing mentorship, and communicating key decisions effectively
• Adept at supervising team members
• Unrivaled in creating technical specifications, covering quality attributes, diagrams, risks, and system requirements
• Knowledgeable in DevOps principles and AWS infrastructure (would be an advantage)
