Position Description
Ensure high-caliber, day-to-day execution of planning team tasks, including but not limited to:
· Participating in client meetings alongside advisors to provide support during financial discussions and assist in notetaking to ensure detailed and accurate records of meetings
· Guiding clients through detailed discussions of their budget and conducting ad hoc client meetings as required to address immediate needs and concerns
· Ensuring all pertinent information is gathered, analyzed, and input to form the basis of comprehensive financial plans for members with a range of complexity in their finances
· Making recommendations aligned with member resources and aspirations
· Providing materials and supporting aids that allow advisors to focus their attention on effective delivery
· Assist in preparing documents for all client meetings, including detailed summaries of next steps.
· Support the creation of insurance illustrations and investment proposals
· Conduct investment audits on clients’ existing investment accounts to ensure alignment with their financial goals
· Serving as a resource to members with plan-related and technical questions
· Monitoring industry trends and research
· Executing as needed on cross-trained tasks to support other departments

Requirements
· CFP® designation and three to five years of experience building comprehensive financial plans
· Demonstrated commitment to education and growth
· FINRA Series 6 or 7
· DC Life and Health (or pass within 3 months)
· Fluent with CRM Systems, Microsoft Excel, and great at writing
Compensation
