Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones.
• Establish and nurture solid relationships with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
• Continuously assess and implement strategies for process enhancement to optimize project delivery and overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in project management with over 5 years of experience handling complex software implementation projects, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• In-depth understanding of ERP systems and supply chain methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) is advantageous.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally in software implementation in the SaaS sector.
