What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage qualitative projects through the entire project life cycle, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
• Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for various research methods, addressing no-shows and late respondents efficiently
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications and timelines
• Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status to meet client needs
• Manage relationships with vendors for accurate and timely deliverables, while monitoring project profitability

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in Market Research
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
