We help our clients take control of their assets and record keeping by providing them with A2B Tracking s secure, cloud-based Asset Management software platform to achieve 99% inventory accuracy or better while performing inventories at a rate of 30x faster using mobile and fixed RFID.

A2B Tracking offers a range of services including software implementation, consulting, custom labels, plates and other operational support. We ve been serving the property management needs of defense agencies, government contractors, universities and commercial organizations since 1994.

Position Summary:

Due to growth, we are seeking an additional Account Executive. This is a team-oriented environment and training is provided on our product and our sales processes. The Account Executive represents A2B Tracking s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product and service portfolio to build pipeline and attain revenue goals. More specifically, in this position you will drive cloud-based systems revenue, qualify opportunities, build relationships with prospects and clients, and support the sales team in selling A2B Tracking s barcode and RFID technology.

Primary Duties:

  • Qualify leads with outbound calling, respond to inbound inquiries, and email to uncover requirements that address a prospect s business needs
  • Provide input to solution designs from the A2B Tracking portfolio of SaaS products and services
  • Assist sales manager with team selling, follow-up calls, proposal writing, and quotations for A2B Tracking s barcode and RFID solutions
  • Have a professional and positive attitude representing A2B Tracking to prospects and clients
  • Foster relationships to build a sales team pipeline and advance prospects in a team selling environment
  • Develop and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for sales team
  • Perform account review calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain accurate records of prospect and contact engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other relevant degree
  • Minimum 2 years of inbound/outbound calling experience, preferably software products in an enterprise environment
  • Proven prior performance in selling and delivering technical solutions, preferably SaaS in enterprise environments, and be able to support and develop opportunities from the existing customer base.
  • Effective and confident communicator with superior writing and verbal skills
  • Experience negotiating customer contracts and track record of customer retention
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Value integrity, relationships, and exceeding expectations external and internal to A2B
  • Strong experience with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM applications
