Lead Signage Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a Lead Designer to join our client’s growing sign manufacturing and installation construction team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of designers in delivering high-quality sign programs for multi-family housing developments, ensuring exceptional visual output and maintaining production accuracy.

Timings:9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time

Salary Range: $1200-$2200/monthly based on skills and experience

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Designer to establish and maintain company standards and templates.
• Guide and work alongside the design team to create production-ready and visually appealing signs for diverse projects.
• Conduct meticulous reviews of the team’s work to ensure accuracy and submit finalized versions to the Head Designer.
• Design high-quality outputs using Flexi Design for sign manufacturing and other applications.
• Manage typography effectively to ensure readability and aesthetic appeal across all designs.
• Use content management systems to efficiently upload and manage visual assets.
• Apply color management techniques to maintain consistency across multiple media formats.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Flexisign or similar tools (e.g., CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience in design.
• Experience in construction or signage and familiarity with reviewing architectural plans is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles and technical accuracy in production work.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills
