Visual Designer (Remote)

We’re looking for a talented Visual Designer to help elevate our brand presence and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you’ll craft compelling designs across all customer-facing touch points, from our website to marketing collateral and partnership materials. You’ll be instrumental in shaping Puzzle’s visual identity- helping us build a distinctive presence in a competitive space.

What You’ll Do

• Create compelling visual designs for our website, including iconography, screenshots, and interactive elements
• Design social media assets and marketing materials that drive engagement
• Develop and maintain a brand style guide, including elements such as color palettes, logos, typography, imagery, and layout.
• Produce high-impact sales enablement materials and one-pagers
• Create professional partnership mockups and presentation materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional visual or graphic design experience (ideally with experience in marketing design)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, marketing materials, and web design
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Experience creating social media assets and marketing collateral
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
• Experience with Webflow or similar web design tools

Compensation Range: $110K – $145K
