Senior Project Manager (Remote)

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Senior Project Manager on a contract basis.

Summary:

The Remote Project Manager will be tasked with assist in the planning, tracking, resourcing, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The Senior Project Manager will also provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting potential issues and suggesting mitigative actions, and serve as a liaison between engineering and other departments, enhancing cross-functional communications and project alignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field is required
• Project management certification such as CAPM (PMI), PMP, or equivalent is preferred
• Must have 5+ years of experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment
• Experience working in a SaaS-based organization is highly preferred
• Must have proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects effectively
• Must have proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio
• Must have a familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Must have strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering processes and systems
• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
