About You; Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, you are very proficient with the programs Sketch-Up, Layout & Programma.  You will be efficient and expert in the creation and completion of industry leading construction documentation.  The ability to add value to the company through 3D rendering and use of AI tech.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer/ Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.  The Primary Office is in Torquay and it’s busy, enjoyable and exciting environment, the business is successful and expanding.   An established base of great high-end clients.

Key Skills;

• 2D and 3D modelling in Sketch Up, Layout and Programa
• Creating Construction Doc Sets; FF&E schedules for high end residential and commercial clients
• Ability to use In Design & Canva to create mood boards and design documentation.
• Work closely with clients and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide strong design solutions and attention to detail in all aspects of the design process.
• Participate in the creative process, contributing innovative ideas and concepts.
• Prepare final design documentation and assist with project administration tasks.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a busy design firm with high level of proficiency in Sketch Up.
• Interior Design Qualifications
• Strong conceptualization skills.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, determination, and confidence in your work.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for interior design and creativity including a portfolio or work and multiple professional references
