Overview
LSM Global is looking for an Eastern European Sales manager to join our growing team to work with expanding our already existing business within Eastern Europe.
You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our exciting brands/partners within the LSM Global portfolio throughout the Eastern European region. It mainly involves keeping a close relationship with all our key accounts and distribution partners across the region and create strategies together to further our sales growth and brand awareness in each country.
You will be involved in creating sales and marketing plans and execute them with both resellers and distributors, attend local events when appropriate and find other creative ways to further develop our sales and business relationships.
Focused countries are Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Serbia.

Who you are
For this role we are looking for motivated individuals seeking the next step up in their career. The ideal candidate will have an interest in ecommerce, retail/B2B sales and an interest in working with exciting brands across many different industries. Prior experience in working with retail, B2B or distribution is required.
- You will take responsibility for developing and managing day-to-day relationships with stakeholders in the operations, sales, and marketing teams within our global manufacturer customer base.
- You will proactively monitor key KPIs within each of your customers’ retail and B2B accounts, and feedback on resolution and prevention of recurring issues.
- You will drive sales and brand awareness with our resellers and distribution partners.
- You will provide training and education to customers regarding eCommerce and retail best practice, creating a culture of driving decisions geared towards success.
- You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge from a global team with huge knowledge of retail and B2B, both from inside and out, and be supported on earning accreditations.
Job Type
Full-time 40 hours per week commitment is required, although the role is not strictly 9-5. You have flexibility over when and how you deliver your work.
Location
Your home office will be your primary working location, we will support with office furniture, equipment and broadband connection if required. We have office locations in London and Malmö in Sweden and Munich in Germany if office-based working is preferred or a mix of the two.
Compensation
The salary for this role is 36,000 EUR per annum. There is also the opportunity for commision in addition to the salary.

Required Skills and Experience
· Retail/Consumer Goods Manufacturer/Distributor Account Management experience, in particular consumer electronics.
· Fluent in written and spoken English + 1 Eastern European language additonal languages would be an advantage.
· Confidence in dealing directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
· A positive, solutions-focused approach to work life.
· Enthusiasm for working across a diverse range of sectors and regions.
