Senior Territory Manager | Xtressé | United States Locations Available- Midwest (MI/IN/OH) Chicago/WI Southern CA-LA, OC, San Diego Seattle/Portland St. Louis/KC Job Details- The Senior Territory Manager (STM) is responsible for representing the Xtresse brand of products in the assigned geographic area/territory. They will be a vital part of our market launch into an MD professional channel. The STM will be responsible for education and pull-through of our products within offices within the assigned territory. The candidate should have knowledge of the Hair Restoration market and different modalities within that space. The STM will be responsible for all aspects of the office call including provider and staff education, event support and coordination as well as support of any trade shows, marketing programs or other account needs or activities. They will provide feedback and creative solutions to the leadership team and will always act with high business integrity. A customer-centered approach is always first in this role. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales. Responsibilities- -Attainment of all sales goals -Excellent consultative sales skills -Demonstrated strong presentation/training skills -Superior customer service-Customer first approach to the business -Dynamic knowledge of both the products and the market as a whole -KOL and VIP Account management (Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Mid-Level Providers) -Execution of all marketing plans/programs at the highest level -Frequent and constructive feedback to marketing, leadership on calls/meetings -Demonstrate leadership and great business acumen -Attendance at all major trade shows and meetings as required Requirements- -Bachelor’s Degree -Minimum 5-7 years in Sales/account management roles preferably in the aesthetics, hair restoration, device or injectable/skincare space -Track record of exceeding sales goals at a regional/national level -History of building strong relationships with accounts -Strong leadership skills -Strong analytical and business planning skills -Customer-centric approach -Start-Up experience preferred -Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment -Travel up to 50% Benefits -Company Equity -Car Allowance -Health Care Coverage -Flexible PTO plan -T and E reimbursement -Generous uncapped Bonus Plan Show more Show less
