PSG has been successfully delivering Technology and Finance recruitment services to the Perth market for 12 years and now we’re excited to be expanding nationally into the Melbourne market.

With a local recruitment Director with 15+ years experience in place to lead the launch of PSG Melbourne, we are now looking for experienced, local recruiters (Finance or IT) to join us and help us launch in Melbourne with a bang!

PSG is a global company with our Head Office in Perth plus offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County in the USA, with further expansion across Australia happening in the not too distant future. It is an exciting time to be joining a vibrant and energetic agency that promotes ethical recruitment and doing the industry basics the right way. The leaders of the business are from global recruitment firms with a blend of experience in start–up and boutique recruitment companies, the best of both worlds that any Recruitment Consultant will learn first-hand from.

For our new start-up Melbourne branch we are looking for individuals who are up for a business development challenge, who are ambitious and who truly wants to grow in an organisation where the opportunities can happen quicker than expected. We are not a recruitment firm that lives for KPI’s and tracks the number of calls you have made, instead we let our consultants manage their own desks with guidance from management.  

What you need to have;

• 3+ years experience of working in the Melbourne recruitment industry
• An additional understanding or interest in the IT or Finance sector would be ideal however not essential
• A vibrant and positive personality with no fear, and the appetite for business development
• The ability to build professional relationships
• The motivation to surpass achievable targets and a motivation to make money for yourself
• Confidence in yourself and upbeat communication skills
• The motivation to have a career and not just a job

Your Background

Being successful is recruitment is largely based on personality and motivation.  The potential earnings in commissions are very generous as would be your starting base salary.
