Your work will be integral to driving visibility, engagement, and business growth for RemoteLegalStaff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and market share.
• Digital Marketing: Lead campaigns across email, social media, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Content Creation: Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize website visibility and performance through advanced SEO and SEM techniques.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess performance, inform decisions, and report ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor marketing staff, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
