We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with people management aspirations and savvy interpersonal skills to join our client success organization based in India. A truly cross functional role, the successful candidate will be able to integrate their breadth and depth of knowledge in project management & trade finance and problem solving to manage incoming client queries & requests with speed and tact. In this role, the candidate is expected to closely work with the client and demonstrate our platform’s capabilities. This includes answering questions related to client onboarding, user training, use cases and managing client workflow. You will also be required to design and manage action plans, complete asks or activities related to setting up users on the platform, assisting with client training and adoption of the platform before processes become business as usual. Your ability to improve the client’s experience and continuously improve the Traydstream platform could lead to the launch pad for your fintech career. You will work alongside a team of product and technology team members while developing and mastering new skills. With help from our leadership team and subject matter experts, you will have the guidance and resources required to succeed and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities
· Provide world class client servicing to our clients
· Manage expectations and communication lines between internal and external stakeholders
· Test the Traydstream platform for new features or modified functions added to our products as per our client’s expectations
· Measure, monitor and record data related to our client’s transaction efficiency or efficacy on the Traydstream platform
· Manage client process checklists and action plans by coordinating and supporting cross functional teams based on urgency and criticality
· Planning the project for assigned client implementations and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
· Ensuring the delivery of new products or services is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and project governance arrangements
· Managing dependencies and interfaces including 3rd party partners for client implementations
· Support client communications during the Project Implementation Phase for Training, UAT, Production and Post Adoption

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5-7 years operating as a Business Project Manager in financial services
· Practical knowledge and experience of project management techniques and methods
· Hands on experience of creating high quality project plans and governance reports
· Ability to communicate analysis outcomes in a business-like way and translate high-level needs into more detailed requirements
· Passion, drive, energy and an ability to think outside the box, and be prepared to challenge back
· Ability to look at different data sources and do the analysis for presentation to stakeholders and decision making
· Excellent Interpersonal skills including communication, client servicing, conflict management, influence & negotiation
· Superior Problem-Solving Ability
· Strong Understanding of Data Collection & Analysis Techniques
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
· Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
· Basic understanding of Technology concepts i.e, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Cloud Infrastructure
· Involved in Automation/ Digitization of Trade Processing
