What to expect
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Experience function to join as our SEO & Content Executive.
As our SEO & Content Executive you will be responsible for driving best-in-class SEO practice analysis and content SEO for our insurance products. Using SEO tools you will inform concept ideas or check validity of topics, ensuring we keep at the forefront of Customer Experience.
Alongside this you will support the SEO Manager by reviewing article copies from our editorial team and apply SEO optimisation.

What you’ll need to succeed
- 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO and content, with a track record of successful strategy implementation and results.
- Strong keyword research and content ideation/refresh skills
- Reviewing article copy from the editorial team and applying SEO optimisation .i.e. meta data, H1, and internal anchor text and page URL recommendations.
- Competitor analysis and Backlink profile analysis
- Working knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Good Excel, Google Sheets, Power Point and Adobe PDF skills.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and
- Good analytical skills and ability to retrieve and interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
