As an MS Solutions Application Developer (Dynamics 365), you will play a pivotal role throughout the software development lifecycle, including gathering and analyzing system requirements, responding to outages, and creating application system models. You will collaborate closely with various Business Areas, Functional Teams, and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless daily operations. You will participate in internal reviews and consult with clients to refine, test, and troubleshoot programs to meet business needs. You will direct and interact with third‐party partners to achieve business and technology initiatives as required.

Your primary focus will be the ongoing solutions management and systems enhancements of MS Business Central and Dynamics CRM. Additional efforts will include creating Power Apps and workflows to streamline business processes, enhance user productivity, and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, integrate, and maintain custom Power Apps solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment using key programming (C#/.NET) to meet specific business requirements.

2. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules using key programming to optimize system functionality and user experience.

3. Build out and maintain the application functionality of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC).

4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and efficient Power Apps solutions.

5. Contribute to the deployment process and develop unit/integration tests throughout the system development life cycle.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues related to transaction validation, end‐of‐day batch processing, and system performance.

7. Respond effectively to production issues and incidents. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems promptly to maintain system reliability and minimize business disruption.

8. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry automation trends, and best practices, advocating for their integration within the development infrastructure.

9. Document application design, functionality, release notes, deployment, and related user operation guides.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 ‐ 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM, BC/NAVision development. Microsoft Certification(s) is a strong asset.
  • In‐depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including the on‐premises and the cloud‐ based version. Familiarity with the modules, entities, and customizations is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Developer focusing on migrating from on‐premises to cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), programming languages (C#, .NET), and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and related tools.

  • Enthusiasm for collaborative work within a highly cooperative, flat organizational structure.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts, encompassing the end‐to‐end development lifecycle and post‐launch production support.
  • Equivalent work experience to meet functional job requirements and supplemented with relevant Microsoft Certifications.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
