Kemin Industries is hiring a Global Product Manager – Intestinal Health. The Gobal Product Manager – Intestinal Health provides marketing leadership and support for the Intestinal Health Global Strategic Portfolio by crafting marketing strategies, conducting marketing analysis and driving global product launches. The Global Product Manager will as as the liaison between the regional marketing teams and the GSP and will report to the President Global Strategic Portfolio – Intestinal Health. The role as Global Product manager is crucial in ensuring growth of sales and profitability of assigned product line(s) and achieving financial and customer objectives through effective marketing and product development strategies

Responsibilities

The Global Product Manager – Intestinal Health will guide the introduction of new innovation projects, product and service development, and go-to-market strategies. You will support the GSP IH president with operational and financial monitoring. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for the intestinal health product portfolio, ensuring alignment with Kemin’s overall business objectives.
  • Craft and oversee the execution of marketing strategy for GSP IH, including key global events, market studies, and other marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and uniformity.
  • Lead market analysis, including key market trends, regulatory analysis, competitors, market segmentation, and customer deep dives to identify common opportunities and challenges.
  • Drive global product launches with detailed business plans and financial targets aligned with cross-BU teams.
  • Support the consolidated product lifecycle planning and management, collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the introduction and execution of new innovation projects as an outcome of market analysis.
  • Craft and execute the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the GSP president and BU stakeholders.
  • Support the GSP president with operational and financial monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a master’s degree, preferably in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Animal Nutrition, or related sciences.
  • +- 5 years of previous experience in a marketing or commercial role with a relevant product portfolio in an international environment.
  • Strong cross-functional team leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • Hands-on mentality and result oriented.
  • Experience in international assignments and are willing to travel up to 50%.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate with all layers in the organization.
  • Problem-solving, and critical mind sent.
  • You demonstrate integrity and honesty in all aspects of your work.
