[vrsn] is a new Hong Kong-based brand on a mission to create the most versatile, insanely comfortable footwear on the market today. After a successful Kickstarter earlier this year, we’re excited to launch our eCommerce storefront, targeting a Q1 ‘25 launch.

About the Role

As [vrsn]’s Project Manager, you’ll play a hybrid role that combines project management and hands-on execution. More than just a coordinator, you’ll be directly involved in the details: solving problems, supporting departments, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. You’ll help lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and develop systems to keep the team organized and priorities on track in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Translate goals into actionable plans: Turn objectives into clear, detailed plans. Ensure daily actions align with larger goals and provide visibility across the team.
• Build and manage tracking systems: Set up and maintain tools like Asana or ClickUp to track goals, projects, tasks, and OKRs/KPIs, ensuring transparency and ease of use for the team.
• Facilitate team alignment: Lead meetings to prioritize tasks, track progress, resolve roadblocks, and provide timely updates to keep everyone on the same page.
• Support departments hands-on: Step in to assist marketing, operations, CX, and other teams with cross-functional tasks, ensuring initiatives move forward smoothly.

Key Requirements (Who You Definitely Are)

• 3+ Years of Project Management experience: A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with productivity systems: Skilled in using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms to track goals, projects, and tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and use data to drive decisions in dynamic environments.
• Proactive and resourceful: A problem-solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions without needing direction.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C2 or equivalent): Clear, confident communicator to collaborate effectively with teams and partners.

Strongly Preferred (Who You Maybe Are)

• Prior eCommerce experience: Familiarity with the workflows and challenges of an eCommerce business, particularly in dynamic or growth-focused environments.
• Startup experience: Comfortable navigating fast-changing priorities and wearing multiple hats in a dynamic setting.
• Proven track record of autonomy: Successfully owned and led initiatives independently, delivering results with minimal oversight.

Why the brackets around our name? A founding principle of [vrsn] is constant improvement. We’re not perfect and never will be, but we’ll always strive to be better. The square brackets [ ] in our name, which often are used as placeholders, highlight this.
