    Position Summary

    • The Regional Sales Specialist will be responsible for supporting distributors to develop and close new business for Dreampath Diagnostics
    • The position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and has a growth mindset.
    • Candidate should be based in the UK (Ideally South of England)

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a strategy and execute on that strategy to advance Dreampath sales and commercial targets in your region
    • Support distributors and customers to grow the Dreampath install base through excellent customer relations while generating revenue in the region with the help of marketing and support teams.
    • Provide commercial training to distributor sales teams
    • Drive direct, in-person contact with the customers and distributors in your region to ensure short- and long-term commercial success.
    • Achieve commercial and support targets, including customer satisfaction, in your region.
    • Follow all Dreampath administrative procedures (e.g. logistics, expenses reporting, sales administration.)
    •  Regularly report on progress against forecast. Promptly alert leadership of both good news and challenges to ensure company responsiveness.
    • Maintain accurate and current customer, account and market data, in the current CRM system.
    • Advise leadership of unaddressed market needs to further increase our sales penetration and product development pipeline.
    • Support marketing events, such as workshops, trade shows/congresses, etc.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Job requirements/qualifications:

    • Experience at least 3 years in a sales position to direct customer and/or with distributors (ideally in histology)
    • Experience in building professional relationships that drive business value.
    • Experience in executing steps aligned with a broader business strategy
    • Strong computer skills. Experience with a sales CRM system is desirable.
    • Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
    • Represents Dreampath in a professional manner and exemplifies Dreampath’s values, behaviors and ethical standards.
    • Self-starter. Ability to operate independently without frequent supervision or guidance.
    • Personal qualities that enable success in a dynamic organization: strong work ethic, persistence, tenacity, creativity, confidence, positive attitude, high energy, team player, customer focus, resilience, humility
    • Familiarity with the IVD industry and anatomic pathology (AP) is a plus
    • Excellent listener who receives feedback well and translates feedback into action

    • Adept at analytical decision-making and building relationships
    • Effective communicator that influences a broad variety buying influences

    • Travel: Up to 80%. All travel in accordance with Dreampath travel policies.
    • Hours: This role will support EMEA market. A candidate must have flexibility to work hours based on needs across stakeholder regions, countries, and time zones.
    • Job location: Remote/Home office position, candidate based in UK
