What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect and Innovate: Take the lead in designing and building scalable, full-stack applications using MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Code with Purpose: Write high-quality, maintainable code that delivers real value to users while aligning with business goals.
• Own Your Work: From brainstorming and planning to deployment, you’ll be a key player in every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate and Elevate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to bring ideas to life while mentoring junior team members.
• Optimize and Improve: Continuously enhance performance, scalability, and user experience across all layers of the stack.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
• A proven track record of delivering complex web applications from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and how to design robust, scalable backend systems.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Redux, or similar) and a passion for creating intuitive, dynamic interfaces.
• Practical experience in database design (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and optimization for performance.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• The ability to break down complex problems, propose solutions, and execute efficiently.
• A collaborative mindset, with strong communication and leadership skills.
