We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is passionate about building products from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. This is a hands-on role for our B2B SaaS product where you will not only drive development but also work closely with QA, DevOps, Cloud, and full-stack engineers to deliver a world-class product.

Role Overview:

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our team, responsible for delivering innovative solutions while coordinating efforts across QA, DevOps, Cloud, and full-stack engineering teams. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership and collaboration, making it ideal for someone who thrives on solving challenges and taking ownership in a startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Development: Design, develop, and optimize scalable, reliable, and efficient software for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Guide full-stack engineers on best practices, code quality, and architecture decisions.
• QA Collaboration: Partner with QA engineers to define and maintain high-quality testing standards, ensuring the delivery of bug-free, performant products.
• DevOps Coordination: Work with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines, improve deployment processes, and ensure smooth operations.
• Cloud Management: Collaborate with cloud engineers to build and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support QA, DevOps, Cloud, and full-stack engineers, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of features and modules, driving projects from concept to production.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine development processes, tools, and technologies to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Who You Are:

• Experience: 5-8 years in software and product engineering, with exposure to leading and collaborating with QA, DevOps, Cloud, and full-stack teams. Experience in B2B SaaS startups is a big plus.

Technical Skills

• Front-End: Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Angular, React Native).
• Back-End: Strong experience with API, Microservices, Springboot.
• DevOps/Cloud: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Leadership Mindset: Comfortable guiding engineers across various functions while staying hands-on.
• Startup Mindset: Eager to take on challenges, adapt quickly, and do whatever it takes to achieve success.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven results matter more than formal credentials.
