Job Description: Sales Development Agent (B2B Cold Calling) (Remote Work Opportunity)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Agent (SDA) with extensive experience in B2B cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in initiating contact with potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the B2B sector to set up phone appointments for our B2B clients.

Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.

Document all activities, interactions, and updates in the CRM system (e.g., Go High Level) accurately and in a timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Development Agent or similar role in B2B cold calling, with a minimum of 3-4 years of successful experience.

Must be able to give full commitment as this will be a full time position.

Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently.

Proficiency in CRM software

Results-driven with a strong determination to achieve and exceed targets.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if necessary.
