About the role: The Lead Product Owner (LPO) of the Product Information Area will lead the strategic vision and execution of seamless product data flows within Redcare Pharmacy. This involves prioritizing business enablement, improving business processes, and ensuring efficient access to well-structured product data for internal stakeholders. The LPO will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving automation, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
About Your Tasks
- Strategic leadership: drive the overarching vision for the Product Data Area to establish seamless data flow, automation, and business enablement.
- Stakeholder collaboration: build strong partnerships with key stakeholders both within the product development department and within business. Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager for the Product Data Area to drive technical alignment and delivery.
- Business enablement and automation: identify and implement opportunities for automation to optimize data flows, reduce dependencies, and improve processes.
- Team leadership and people management: manage and develop a team of 2 Product Owners, with the potential to expand the team based on area needs.
About You
- Product ownership: hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Experience with products with high complexity and dependencies & developing and executing product roadmaps for more technical, platform products.
- People development: you have led a team of Product Owners or Product Managers. Strong listening skills, understanding team members’ needs and challenges, and providing necessary support.
- Ways of working: experience working with cross-functional software development teams, applying agile principles to daily work. Ability to adapt and implement agile methodologies effectively.
- Stakeholder management: track record of building strong connections with stakeholders at various levels of the company hierarchy. Ability to work closely with stakeholders from different business areas to drive value for customers.

Remote Work Policy
Our offices are open, but you are free to work from home, from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again, or if you work from home all the time. At the same time, we value relationship between all members of the area and therefore we have regular team and area anchor days on which every team member is asked to come to the office.
