Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize automation workflows for internal use and franchisees. The ideal candidate has strong experience with tools like Make.com, Zapier, and Hubspot, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities. You should be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and passionate about improving operational efficiency through automation. Your ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate effectively will be critical to success in this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Automation Management: Develop and manage automation workflows for internal operations and franchisees, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve automation issues efficiently, providing technical solutions and email support.
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously enhance existing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• API Integration: Implement and manage software API documentation for current and new automations.
• Reporting and Planning: Create and maintain reports and roadmaps for automation processes, providing actionable insights.
• Project Development: Build and implement at least 10 new automations annually for franchisees.
• Support Requests: Act as the primary point of contact for automation-related inquiries and provide excellent support to users.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

Experience:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, and Hubspot.
• Proven ability to work with API documentation and software integrations.

Technical Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve automation challenges independently.
• Proficiency in creating actionable reports and improvement plans for automation workflows.

Communication:

• Excellent written and spoken English skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Attributes:

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Passionate about problem-solving and driving innovation.

Availability:

• Able to work primarily during U.S. business hours, preferably Mountain Standard Time.

Bonus Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with team members and clients.
