What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist internal and external clients by clarifying and researching information and resolving non-clinical issues
• Schedule visits for home infusion by coordinating with Nurse Managers, field staff, and patients
• Monitor and confirm patient appointments for accuracy and reschedule as necessary
• Utilize pharmacy and scheduling programs for documentation and nurse scheduling
• Respond to inquiries from patients and staff regarding nursing and patient referrals in a timely manner

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
