We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to assist in managing our online presence and digital communication efforts. This role involves a mix of content creation, analytics, and technical updates to ensure our platforms effectively engage our audience and reflect our brand. If you’re passionate about social media, have a keen eye for design, and enjoy working with data and content organization, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Publishing:
• Write and publish engaging blog posts on topics aligned with our brand.
• Share blog links, memes, and updates about new videos on social media platforms.
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and post content across various social media channels.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Prepare reports on website and social media performance, including LinkedIn analytics and email campaign results.
• Use insights to recommend strategies for improving engagement and reach.
• Graphic Design & Visual Content:
• Create miscellaneous graphics such as cover photos, memes, and QR codes.
• Resize and optimize images for blogs, websites, and social media posts.
• Video Management:
• Upload newly released videos to YouTube, ensuring accurate descriptions and metadata.
• Promote videos on social media and update them on the company website.
• Website Maintenance:
• Update, reorganize, and add content to the website as needed.
• Assist in creating and designing new pages to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).
• Familiarity with website management systems (WordPress experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
