Performance Marketing Executive | Deftyled | Bangladesh

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with proven expertise to lead our paid and organic digital marketing efforts. This senior role requires a strategic leader who can oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Meta), contribute to organic social media growth, and optimize SEO efforts to drive traffic and quality leads.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of experience, hands-on proficiency in paid media management, graphic design skills to create compelling creatives, and the ability to script ideas for both organic and paid social campaigns. As a dynamic leader, you will supervise the performance marketing team, generate actionable insights, and ensure campaigns align with company goals.

This is currently a remote position but will be transitioned into a hybrid role in the near future, requiring attendance in the office for select days per week.

Key Responsibilities —

1) Performance Marketing Oversight (Google Ads | Meta Ads):

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive quality leads and conversions.
  • Supervise and mentor the Performance Marketing team, ensuring all campaigns are optimized to meet key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR).
  • Generate regular performance reports, analyze KPIs, and present actionable insights to leadership.

2) Organic Social Media Growth:

  • Contribute to the growth of organic social media presence by developing content strategies and creative ideas for our clients.
  • Plan and execute engaging campaigns to boost brand awareness and organic reach across social platforms.
  • Write and develop scripts for creatives that align with both organic and paid social goals.

3) SEO and Traffic Optimization:

  • Implement and oversee effective SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and analyze organic traffic performance.

4) Creative Ideation and Execution:

  • Generate ideas, scripts, and concepts for ad creatives and social media content.
  • Utilize graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to develop high-quality creatives for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Ensure creatives are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for platform-specific requirements.

5) Industry Trends and Innovation:

  • Stay super knowledgeable and up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry innovations.
  • Recommend new tools, strategies, and creative approaches to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.

6) Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with leadership, content creators, and designers to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for performance marketing strategies and progress reporting.

Eligibility & Requirements —

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, paid social media management, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and organic traffic optimization.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create ad creatives and social media content.
  • Experience in developing creative scripts, ideas, and visual concepts for campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional analytical and KPI reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and strategies in digital marketing and performance advertising.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • Must be flexible to transition into a hybrid work environment (a mix of remote and in-office work) in the near future.
