Account Development Team Opportunity
The hiring company is seeking talented individuals to join the core Account Development team. As a member of this team, you will:
- Generate qualified leads through strategic inbound and outbound efforts, contributing to revenue growth for the hiring company.
- Support the development of team members to become future Account Executives and leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and schedule meetings from inbound leads generated by Marketing using advanced tools.
- Proactively generate quality leads through outbound prospecting activities.
- Conduct thorough research-based prospecting utilizing various platforms and tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline quotas to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize effective sales qualification methodology for prospect assessment.
- Engage in impactful discovery conversations with prospects.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to source new pipeline opportunities.
- Position the company’s value proposition to resonate with technical buyers.
- Overcome objections and drive positive business outcomes.
- Manage a high volume of target accounts efficiently.
A Day in the Life of an ADR
As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will:
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and targeted campaigns.
- Strategize with Account Executives to schedule discovery meetings.
- Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams on account-based campaigns.
- Attend various meetings, trainings, and product demonstrations.
- Share best practices with colleagues and mentor new team members.
- Embrace competition and foster a supportive team culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals.
- Previous experience in Account/Sales Development preferred.
- Track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen.
Salary Range
The salary range for Tier 1 locations is $80,000.00 – $110,000.00.
