What Will You Do
As an Account Executive, you will create, research, consult, close, and hand over new client opportunities. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Communicating with clients and gathering information about their scope, budgets, and timelines
- Meeting with other stakeholders to discuss each client’s goals, progress, and outcomes
- Assembling new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
- Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based CRM system
- Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone, video conferences, and email
- Prospecting and nurturing leads that fit Boldr’s ideal target demographic
- Preparing and presenting proposals and bids
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
- Uncovering and understanding a company’s needs
- Consulting with clients to recommend the best Boldr solutions
- Connect with the appropriate decision-maker on the client side (CEO, COO, SVP, VP, Director)
- Owning the sales process and communication for all leads
- Monitoring and forecasting your own sales performance and funnel through sales tracking tools
- Attending conferences and hosting customer events/visits
- Travel up to 40% of the month
Requirements
YOU HAVE…
- 3 + years of experience in B2B sales selling complex customized solutions
- Expert using HubSpot or a similar CRM is required
- Expert knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- The ability to interpret sales metrics and perform basic data analysis
- The aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, processes, and applications
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
- A customer-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to clients with diverse backgrounds
