About SpotDraft
SpotDraft is an AI-driven, end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management platform that helps organizations create, manage, and analyze contracts seamlessly. We are currently laser-focused on automating the entire contract lifecycle within organizations, thereby allowing them to focus on what matters most – growing their business.
SpotDraft is currently actively expanding its footprint in the US. The company recently raised a $26 million Series A round (one of the largest Series A in the legal-tech space) from institutional investors like Premji Invest, Prosus Group, 021 Capital, Riverwalk Holdings, and Arkam Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Build the foundational sales team in the US, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously refine and improve the sales process, incorporating best practices and industry trends.
- Implement effective sales tools, technologies, and CRM systems to streamline operations and reporting.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, aligning them with company objectives and growth targets.
- Monitor financial performance against sales goals and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, helping them close complex deals and exceed individual quotas.
- Use market insights to develop strategies for competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role at a fast-growing company; with 1+ years of experience working in B2B Saas
- Experience in GTM Strategy and Team Building is preferred
- Team-first mentality + Growth Mindset a must.
