Your Role
As an Account Manager at SprintSuite, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with clients while driving growth through strategic account management and sales. This is a remote role with flexibility, but some interstate travel may be required. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalised support.
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring they maximise the value of our platform, providing tailored training sessions.
- Identifying and driving opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional features or services.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and working closely with our development team to resolve issues.
- Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into long-term accounts and assist with closing deals.
- Gathering and sharing client feedback to drive continuous product improvements and enhance the user experience.
- Contributing to the development of account management and sales strategies to grow our client base.
Requirements
- Sales mindset: A proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals within existing accounts.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS, mining, or engineering/fabrication environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic situations.
- Willingness to travel interstate when needed to onboard clients or attend key meetings.
- A passion for technology and a drive to learn and grow.
