Job Overview
The Senior Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with the company’s most important clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with proven experience in managing key accounts, developing long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Key Account Management:** Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
- **Client Strategy:** Develop and implement account strategies to meet both the client’s needs and the company’s goals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services/products.
- **Negotiations:** Lead negotiations for new contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions. Ensure terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
- **Customer Satisfaction:** Ensure clients are satisfied with the company’s products/services. Resolve issues or complaints quickly and effectively to maintain a positive client experience.
- **Revenue Growth:** Develop strategies to increase account revenue by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts. Track and report on revenue growth and key performance metrics.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams:** Work closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure the successful delivery of client expectations.
- **Reporting and Forecasting:** Prepare regular reports on account performance, including revenue, sales forecasts, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Market Analysis:** Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and enhance the company’s competitive position.
- **Contract Management:** Oversee the renewal process of key accounts, ensuring that contracts are updated, accurate, and compliant with company policies.

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 5-7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in [industry-specific sector, e.g., technology, retail, manufacturing, etc.].
- **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and driving significant revenue growth.
