Your Title: Administrative Assistant
Your Location: Remote/Anywhere within the USA
You Report To: Customer Service Manager
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Compensation: $16.00/hour plus bonus

Your responsibilities would be, but are not limited to:
- Calling insurance providers to verify insurance binders
- Sorts emails received to the department inboxes and notates accounts accordingly.
- Monitor faxes, emails, and shared email inboxes
- Verifies and files away documents received for client processes
- Follows up with management and Customer Service Associate’s regarding missing documents for client processes
- Follows up with management and Customer Service Associate’s regarding callback requests
- Send, receive and verify documents required for signature through e-sign vendor
- Assists Inside and Outside sales with any pay off requests and letters of guarantee
- Assists with applying payments as necessary
- Assists Management with department projects
- Additional responsibilities and projects may apply
What you bring:
- Ability to multitask
- Detail Oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent Communication skills
- 1 Year Customer Service Preferred
- Data Entry Experience Preferred
