Your Title: Administrative Assistant

Your Location: Remote/Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Customer Service Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

Compensation: $16.00/hour plus bonus

Your responsibilities would be, but are not limited to:

  • Calling insurance providers to verify insurance binders
  • Sorts emails received to the department inboxes and notates accounts accordingly.
  • Monitor faxes, emails, and shared email inboxes
  • Verifies and files away documents received for client processes
  • Follows up with management and Customer Service Associate’s regarding missing documents for client processes
  • Follows up with management and Customer Service Associate’s regarding callback requests
  • Send, receive and verify documents required for signature through e-sign vendor
  • Assists Inside and Outside sales with any pay off requests and letters of guarantee
  • Assists with applying payments as necessary
  • Assists Management with department projects
  • Additional responsibilities and projects may apply

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • 1 Year Customer Service Preferred
  • Data Entry Experience Preferred
