Bigo Live-Cambodia-Agency Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for conducting the recruitment of new agencies and new hosts via all types of channels and platforms, and conducting effective training and guidance for agents/ hosts recruited, helping to improve the quality of broadcast.
2. Responsible for collecting and processing the needs from agencies, answering their daily questions, adjusting the operation strategy and put forward optimization suggestions according to the specific situation.
3. Responsible for approaching potential KOLs, have good communication skills, knowing how to execute a KOL cooperation plan.
4. Create, promote, execute and wrap up online events and initiatives designed for the recruitment and development of new and established broadcasters and agencies.
5. Grasp and understand the latest industry trends, establish a feedback channel between agencies and the platform on competitor applications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree is required， Base in Phnom Penh, fluent in English or Chinese, and familiar with Cambodian market.
2. At least 1 years experiences in Internet or media industry; Comprehensive understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and entertainment industry in the KH; live broadcast industry preferred.
3. Excellent teamwork spirit, good communication and presentation skills, rapid learning and adaptability.
4. Skilled use of Office, can use Word, Excel, PowerPoint for operational analysis and reporting.
