This resource will operationalize test andlearn methodologies, have ownership of test design and measurement, andsocialize key insights and optimizations.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Development of Test & Learn OfferingsCollaborate with agency and internal partners to improve existing elevatetest and learn capabilities across platform and channel partners.Explore new ways to measure optimizations and incrementality of campaignsacross internal and external platforms.Evaluate data input quality and partner with reporting teams to ensureconsistency in test readouts and reporting structure.Develop best practices for attribution and measurement of in-storeactivationsOwnership of Test Design & MeasurementProactively leads measurement discussions with a well-reasoned POV, andmakes actionable recommendations as to measurement, KPI’s, best practicesand potential outcomes and actions related to the business objective.Work with cross-functional partners to align on test KPIs and conduct poweranalyses to ensure optimal test inputs to measure KPI lift.Intimately familiar with the DMN strategy & budgets, and anticipatesmeasurement requests and roadblocks prior to being solicited by thebusiness.Independently uses common tools and platforms (e.g. SQL, GCP, Excel) and/orvendor platforms (e.g., Meta, DV360) to query, join, extract, andmanipulate raw data from disparate sources to tell a comprehensive storywith key insights and recommended actions.Socialize Key Insights and OptimizationsDeliver analysis, insights, and recommendations to technical andnon-technical audiences. Deliverables may take the shape of emailcommunications and/or presentations.Provide data guidance to Tech and Product teams, to help shape and informreporting solutions to meet business user’s needs.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics1-3 years of experience in Digital marketing and/or Media marketingRelevant experience with test & learn (e.g. A/B, incremental, etc.)Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs (e.g. CPC, CAC, etc.)Knowledge of data mining / database structuresExperience with SQL or other coding languagesExperience with BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, etc.) preferredTargeted Pay Range: $54,600 – $90,900. This is part of acompetitive total rewards package that could include other components suchas: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by anumber of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, andother relevant business considerations.
