Job brief
You will become part of the team who support our sales directors and top closers.
During the interim period you will be tasked to introduce our products and services to referrals and leads we provide.
Engage with key decision makers and CEO’s from a broad array of service providers to meet with our project managers.
The role shall involve providing information to create interest; setting the appointment and confirmations, and placing the information on a CRM.
You will work closely with a company director or manager to liaise all points of interest gained, in order to prepare for the meetings, through to closing sales, and onboarding.

- Home Based with some travel to main office for training.
- Mon-Fri – GMT 13:00 to 21:00 (1 hour for breaks per day).
The pay range is offered as: remuneration of 526.00 per week plus 5% commissions on sales made by your project managers (Paid Monthly) making the potential OTE 45,000 euros Per Year.
The opportunity is considered as employed or self employed 12 month renewable SLA.

The pay range is offered as: remuneration of 526.00 per week plus 10% commissions on the direct sales made by yourself (Paid Monthly) making the potential OTE 60,000 euros Per Year.
The opportunity is considered as employed or self employed 12 month renewable SLA.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products.
- Obtaining a clear understanding for our customers marketing requirements.
- Ensuring that the company and client standing is of the upmost importance.
- Maintaining accurate and current information as it shall develop day-to-day.
- Efficiently keeping in touch with prospects to ensure they remain interested.
- Enter and maintain information in our CRM, updating appointment calendar.
- Be keen in learning each aspect of the businesses products, services, benefit.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as tele-sales or other sales for B2B or marketing position.
- Proven track record in meeting leads / sales quota face2face, over the phone.
- Some experience in working with a sales force CRM) and VOIP calling system.
- A good command of the English language; being creative in writing an email.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing, smart and savvy.
- Cool-tempered, respectful, professional integrity, with engaging personality.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to present & handle objections.
- The ability to make minimum 75 calls per day and average 3 minute handling.

Pay: €30,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
