• You will use your considerable operational and branded experience within hospitality or retail to help deliver excellence across the businesses – motivating, developing, and inspiring your team members to maximise their potential.

What you’ll need:

• Experience of driving success on a large scale at a multi-site level ideally from a branded hospitality or retail environment
• Ability to embrace change and be ready to adapt plans to achieve results
• Strong commercial focus with delivery through people
• An outgoing, affable personality, with a clear focus on the customer journey and P&L Performance to achieve profit growth.
