The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and market research.
- Qualify leads and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the products/services.
- Customize solutions to meet client needs and address pain points.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure post-sale satisfaction and address any concerns.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring all activities are tracked and recorded in the CRM.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients in a timely manner.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Track progress and report on sales performance to the Sales Manager.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s offerings.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in strategy and service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and share feedback, insights, and sales strategies.

Pay: ₹8,122.57 – ₹20,000.00 per month
