We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager in Influencer Marketing Department to lead and execute influencer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing diverse influencer campaigns, strong negotiation skills, and a creative yet analytical mindset. With a keen eye for spotting and nurturing digital talent, you will play a critical role in elevating our brand’s presence across platforms like YouTube and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement end-to-end influencer marketing strategies for the Talk and Target portfolio.
2. Identify, onboard, and manage a mix of influencers (Category A, B, Micro, Nano) for paid and barter collaborations.
3. Plan, strategize, and execute influencer campaigns, including brainstorming content ideas, influencer screening, and coordinating timely execution.
4. Align influencer marketing campaigns with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
5. Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with influencers across categories such as Beauty, Wellness, Lifestyle, and Fitness.
6. Onboard and manage new and existing influencers for product launches, awareness campaigns, referral programs, and international blogger collaborations.
7. Design tailored programs to acquire and retain influencers while ensuring smooth onboarding.
8. Monitor and evaluate influencer partnerships using performance metrics like engagement, traffic, and conversions.
9. Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure maximum share of voice for the brand on social media.
10. Periodically review and upgrade influencer associations based on performance and brand goals.
11. Maintain a comprehensive repository of all influencer campaigns, deliverables, and performance data.
12. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
13. Track weekly targets and support the team in achieving measurable results.
14. Stay updated on digital media trends, tools, and best practices in influencer marketing.
15. Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, brand, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Requirements

1. 2–3 years in influencer marketing, with a preference for candidates with an agency background and experience with skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
2. Proven ability to handle a diverse mix of influencers (A, B, Micro, Nano) across platforms.
3. Strong negotiation skills to maximize ROI within allocated budgets.
4. Balanced skill set of creativity, analytical thinking, perseverance, and problem-solving.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Word, Excel (moderate to advanced), Outlook, and PowerPoint.
7. Strong ownership mindset and adaptability in managing uncertainty.
8. Keen eye for identifying and nurturing potential digital creators.
9. Understanding of influencer marketing nuances on platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
10. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and projects.
11. Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in marketing or equivalent relevant work experience.
