The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management, healthcare, and medical facilities. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Project Manager position will possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and relevant rules, regulations, quality standards, and safety hazards.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, applications, and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
