Technical Knowledge & Skills Required
- Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced, or proficient.
- Strong and verifiable background and experience.
- Experience in Project Management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.
- Strong Team Management background and experience: At least two years of experience working with clients and managing teams.
- Experience establishing Policies and Guidelines: including communicating them within the team and following up.
- Advanced proficiency in and working knowledge of relevant professional concepts and related processes.
Soft Skills Required
- Professionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior
- Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate internally amongst multiple Project Management Systems and instant messaging tools to keep the team in sync and motivated.
- Proactiveness: Ability to be resourceful and have initiative when/if issues arise or in case of low activity flow.
- Multitasking skills: Comfortable with quickly switching gears and focus, moving from different tasks seamlessly.
- Analytical skills: Ability to use a solid analytical approach to solve complex issues.
- Leadership and coaching skills: Ability to guide team members on the best way to approach project processes.
- Teamwork orientation: Ability to communicate and convey information between expert teams.
- Organization skills and attention to detail: Ability to self-organize given activities and thoroughly record tasks, pointers, and process updates.
- Risk identification: Ability to identify pain points, bottlenecks, scope creeps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Prioritization skills: Ability to identify, establish, and assign priorities.
- Compliance: Ability to comply when necessary; following orders or specific instructions if needed.
- Keen to learnship: Ability and disposition to pick up quickly on new industries, clients, and procedures that our company handles, as well as our different production departments.
- Reliability: Ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion by committing to the project they’re involved in.

- Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
- Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App and Hubstaff Tasks.
- Whatsapp: Whatsapp Groups.
- Zoom: Meetings and Breakout rooms.
